Went in on November 15 for complications with a hernia. They literally had me in there for almost 4 hours just to tell me I was constipated when that wasn't the issue. Ended up having to go to another doctor two days later to get an abdominal scan just to figure out I had a umbilical hernia. They didn't take the situation seriously. Now it's the 24th and I'm still in so much pain I can't even walk upright without being in intense pain.
Always leave with no accurate answers.
So they don't want you showing your pain, but they wont give you something for pain when you ask. Also, love the playful atmosphere around here while everyone's in pain and waiting.
My sister and I would like to leave a 5 star review to last nights receptionist/rn with the red hair. We didnt get her name but would like to acknowledge her kindness and attentiveness to not only us but to all the patients.She truly showed us empathy/sympathy through the night.All the girls that worked up front were great as well. Lastly, I would like to thank and apologize to the nurses who worked my with my brother. The circumstances does not justify his behavior and we would like to apologize.
