My sister and I would like to leave a 5 star review to last nights receptionist/rn with the red hair. We didnt get her name but would like to acknowledge her kindness and attentiveness to not only us but to all the patients.She truly showed us empathy/sympathy through the night.All the girls that worked up front were great as well. This emergency room is a joke. I have a high risk pregnancy and was filling a pad with blood within an hour the other day I suspected it was a miscarriage. They let me sit in the emergency room for hours only took blood and urine. When I said I was really dizzy and lightheaded the nurse replied “that’s what happens when you lose a lot of blood huh” that’s unacceptable behavior towards a woman with a high risk pregnancy who believed was losing her baby. Our PCP sent us to The hospital because my wife was having seizures + throwing up. We waited in the waiting room for 3 hours and watched at least 10 people that came in after us go back to the back before we finally got fed up with it and just had to walk out without receiving any help and then being told that we were still going to be billed.
Went in the er because foot doctor told me to since my broken foot was burning. They pulled padding off and said that’s good. And it still burns and hurts. There’s just a gap under my foot now.
