I don't want to write a negative review. However, this company is NOT about customer service, and I wonder how much they really want to be in business. I have used them since 2011 with no problem. However this last order took longer than they said. When I called to inquire the status, there was no answer. For THREE DAYS there was no answer during business hours! Terrible customer service. Darrell doesn't deliver on his word. I was told my order would take 2 weeks. They charged my card the day after placing the order and it's been 2 months and I still do not have my order nor any refund. DO NOT USE COMPANY!

After an employee entered the incorrect shipping address, four days later still no package of labels that we purchased from them. I contacted UPS and was told that the package was somewhat "lost" due to the incorrect address entered by Northwest Tag. After explaining the situation to the receptionist named Donna, she was not very apologetic and did not transfer me to speak to somebody in charge or the owner of the company - after requesting several times my preference to speak to somebody else.
