Great experience - they explain everything clearly, are very willing to answer questions, and even included photos of the problem. They took the time to answer some questions almost two months after I got my car back from them.
Check engine light diagnostics, troubleshoot headlight wiring, and AC repairs. The crew at Northwest Subie Specialists were courteous and dedicated to solving my cars problems. I highly recommend them.

I appreciate how informative and educational the shop is. They are also very communicative about price and will talk you through on what needs to happen today versus what can wait for next time.
