Dr Simmonds thank you! Sorted out my very sore lumbar area and stiff left foot sole. Had a great hike today no pain and looking forward to a pain free 18 tomorrow.
Dr. Simmonds is an amazing practitioner. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and full of joy. She provides care rooted in the whole person which is critical for long-term health. It had been a while since I received regular adjustments, and I experienced significantly less pain and improved mobility with just a few visits. Highly recommend!

Dr.Cherylena Simmonds is an amazing chiropractor! I was pretty nervous for my first adjustment but it was painless, effective and overall is a great experience every time I see her. She is very knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend her.
