Most UNPROFESSIONAL group of people I have ever dealt with. Rather than listen to my concerns, they actually told me "The parent doesn't drive the wheel here". Really? Why be a pediatrician if you are not even interested in what parents want! Why is it so hard to get anyone to listen to a parent's concerns there? This has been an issue since the start of me taking my daughter there. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!
NW Pediatrics is a place where children are number one. The staff is always friendly to us and they have the best understanding of the little ones. Tanner has been awesome at calming my grandson and keeping me in the loop on his treatment. Take some stress out of your life and let the staff and Tanner at NWP take care of your little one.
