I had a dental infection in 2 of my crowned teeth and needed them both root canalled. I was very nervous I would lose my crowns, but Dr Kim is exceptionally skilled and saved them. Dr Kim and his staff are all absolutely delightful! From the moment you call, you are met with friendly, professional, competent and compassionate women who are committed to making your experience a positive and relaxed one. Here is a shout out to Youni, Taylor, Julie and Vicki! Dr Kim is so handsome!! You are the absolute best!

This is now my main dentist. Not only was it welcoming, clean, and friendly, but every person there is trust worthy. I got my wisdom teeth removed and they were incredibly helpful and quick. They care about your teeth’s health for sure

This is my second set of dentures and my first set with NW smile and denture. They were friendly and professional throughout and the end result was a STELLAR set of dentures that didn't have to be resized over and over in order to fit properly. They took their time with the impressions and fittings so that the end product turned out FANTASTIC. This Mother & Son prosthodontist team really knocked it out of the park and the result was a great set of dentures! Thank you so much

My recent experience with this establishment was significantly impacted by the contrasting interactions with its front desk staff. While one front desk representative was notably respectful, caring, and courteous, even in light of a previously missed appointment, another interaction was highly unsatisfactory.
