This is my second set of dentures and my first set with NW smile and denture. They were friendly and professional throughout and the end result was a STELLAR set of dentures that didn't have to be resized over and over in order to fit properly. They took their time with the impressions and fittings so that the end product turned out FANTASTIC. This Mother & Son prosthodontist team really knocked it out of the park and the result was a great set of dentures! Thank you so much
My recent experience with this establishment was significantly impacted by the contrasting interactions with its front desk staff. While one front desk representative was notably respectful, caring, and courteous, even in light of a previously missed appointment, another interaction was highly unsatisfactory. Love this place! It is well kept and clean and the entire staff is amazing and kind. The whole experience was 13/10 and you feel like you aren’t even going to the dentist! I will be a client for life :) thank you for helping me get over any dental anxieties I’ve had most my life
