I had my best experience ever at Northwest Smile Dental!! I was apprehensive about getting a root canal done, having had 3 in the past. Needles are the hardest part for me but I barely felt the first one and didn’t feel the second at all!! Because of the advanced stage of my roots, the procedure took an hour but I was perfectly fine thru the whole thing. My daughter was referred here for a root canal. Due to her having State Insurance we had to wait a couple of weeks out . I was willing to wait made the appointment and the day before they called me to let me know that they no longer could take her. ( mind you she now has a bad toothache and we are back at square one) NOT A HAPPY MOM!!! Very unprofessional office.
