Went there for a sleep study. The rooms don’t have no bathrooms. You got to go out in the hall and use the public bathroom. I woke up at 2 am and the front entrance door was unlock. Any one could of walked in the building. The bed is very uncomfortable. And most of all there very bright lights shine. In the rooms from outside. The lady that work there. Hardly said 2 words. Beware! MANY OTHER SLEEP LABS TO CHOSE FROM..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If negative stars were a choice I would!! Delores does not know what she is doing when it comes to insurance. When she called me to schedule my sleep study I specifically asked her to inform me of "any out of pocket financials that I would be responsible for" she claimed they collect from insurance so I would not be responsible, so I scheduled the study. I had a sleep study done yesterday and the lady was very nice and friendly. During the study, I was woken up from a deep sleep by her talking so loud on her phone and I could literally hear the person on the other end of the phone that's how loud her phone was. I could hear the entire conversation crystal clear. In fact, she was loud the whole time during my study. Other than that, it was okay. The best part was the very comfy bed.
I had a home sleep study done that was simple due to Michael’s instructions. I also needed further help with a sleep study done at a facility which Deloris was helpful in coordinating. Everyone at Northwest Sleep Lab were professional and helpful. I highly recommend them. Scott McArthur
Got in , paperwork, and out...7 hrs...I felt very comfotable throughout entire sleep study.
