For the Grand Rapids area North West Self storage is the best value. I kept my things there for three months when I was inbetween houses. There was never an issue getting to my things or anyone else getting to my things. The site is clean the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I gave it a four star because the garage door was not always the easiest to get up and down. Not a big deal though. If I were elderly or real short that would have been an issue.
