The most low quality unreliable and shady facility I have ever encountered. They literally will lie to police claiming you are late with rent and then they take your belongings and trespass you while they load your families belongings in their truck and take off with it. Its a joke of a business and the Tumwater police are a joke of a PD who do not know how to envestigate to find out the facts of the situation. Very unusual activity at this place including drug manufacturing of sorts. I have witnessed all of this first hand.... read more

The worst customer service ever. The only thing she know to say is I don’t know.
Great place but a little pricey.
Karen is great have not had any problems. If you do have issues she is quick to help you
