They GAVE AWAY ALL MY BELONGINGS. My children’s also. I was 3 days late paying rent because I was going to be out by the 5th which is when you’re actually late. She had disabled my code and then gave away all my stuff in 3 units!
This facility is highly unprofessional. The front office staff was rude and displayed no customer service skills. The entrance is poorly marked, with only a gate that appears inaccessible. Instead of assisting, the employee, who appeared to have been sitting idle all morning, watched me struggle for over 15 minutes without offering help. The office reeked of cigarettes and alcohol, and a TV in the next room blared at full volume, adding to the unprofessional atmosphere. The most low quality unreliable and shady facility I have ever encountered. They literally will lie to police claiming you are late with rent and then they take your belongings and trespass you while they load your families belongings in their truck and take off with it. Its a joke of a business and the Tumwater police are a joke of a PD who do not know how to envestigate to find out the facts of the situation. Very unusual activity at this place including drug manufacturing of sorts. I have witnessed all of this first hand.... read more
