Connie is awesome! I called to ask about storage and realized their location isn't going to work for me, but she still spent 15 minutes on the phone giving me help/directions on the best way to pack and store. Loved her. I highly recommend this storage facility just based on first impressions of Connie!
We have rented a space for our motorhome from the nice folks at NW Self Storage for several years. Never a problem with security, the storage grounds are very clean and well maintained, with easy access. A great convenience is the onsite dump station, so nice to pull in after a long trip and take care of things without having to search for a spot before pulling back into storage. I've Lived in Reno for over 25 years and I've had 3 different storage's in the last 10 years and I've paid little to nothing for one and a ton for the other, i moved my stuff to NORTHWEST SELF STORAGE. about a year ago they have great prices, very clean and secure and they are the nicest staff that will go above and beyond. They have always been very friendly and worked with me when times were hard. I highly recommend Northwest Storage to anyone. Plus the manager... she is awesome!!

Connie and her staff are the best! Always will to help with some tricky moving situations with a smiles on their faces. I cannot say enough good things about this operation. Highly recommend if you're looking for a storage unit. I wouldn't go any place else.
We have been renting here for over 4 years. The staff and Connie the manager has been accommodating to our travel lifestyle. We have had units in the past that are dirty and leaky. The units here are clean and dry, plus the storage area is kept tidy. I always suggest friends and family here. They are full most of the time which to me, means they have great rates and treat their customers well. They are Burner friendly as well! Thanks Northwest Storage for being awesome and super helpful.
I have had a unit and my Motorhome stored here for 5 years - these guys(and Gals) are great - never a problem and always willing to help. Very Friendly and accomondating.
I have had a space here for 5 years - Parked my motorcycle trailer and one Storage unit to start with - now I just keep my motorhome here. You cannot find a nicer bunch of people to work with. I have never had a problem with anything while I have stored here. Accessable - Clean - Safe - what else do you need!
