From the moment I walked into the medical office, I felt genuinely welcomed by Katrina Lynch’s warm “Good morning” greeting. 😊 I was then directed to Vanessa in the financial department, who made what could have been a nerve-wracking chest port removal appointment feel far more pleasant. Positive experience. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Procedure was explained in detail & warmed blanket was offered while waiting for procedure to begin after injection was given.
Staff and medical personnel were all amazing! Place is clean and I did not have to wait long to get called back for my bone marrow biopsy.
