Called for an estimate to get roof repaired from damage due to February wind storm. I explained to estimator that It was urgent to get the roof repaired as soon as possible due to all the rain in the forecast. He agreed but it has been 48 hrs. and I have not received the estimate. This is not how you get new business. I have chosen another roofer who gave me an estimate same day.
Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with NWRT. The bid itself was more like a friendly, informative, 2-way conversation (vs a rehearsed and corporate-feeling speech). Great crew - friendly and hard working, with great communication throughout. Great experience.
