i haven't gone here but i know someone who was court ordered to go here with an obvious addiction problem. everyone was excited he would be forced to get treatment but the person who did his evaluation said he didn't have one so they recommend zero treatment! the judge and everyone are baffled. i'm so disappointed!

I have been going through NWR for 2 years now l. I have found that all of the Staff is very Friendly, Courteous, and Professional. I highly recommend them for Drug and Mental Health Counseling.
This is honestly the best counseling experience I have ever had! Ive been through so many horrible experiences at other places of people not listening, not caring, and just wanting to lock you up and Northwest Resources not that at all! It feels like everyone in the office cares about your recovery journey and is ready and available to help you. The staff is all extremely non judgmental and friendly. Had a Chemical dependency assessment here and because I drank heavily between deployments 15 years ago I somehow need treatment now. All they want is your money. One week they say they are not finding any evidence of anything, Jillian talks to the clinic supervisor and suddenly I am an alcoholic because when I was 24 years old and just got out of combat I drank heavily. Then she hangs up on me, real professional.
Friendly, personal, help in many areas. Everyone who works here is SUPER great! I definitely recommend N.W.
I checked myself in October 12th 2014 and have been clean and sober ever since. God willing I'll have four years sober this October and am eternally grateful for having been shown a new way of living!
