Very positive experience here at NW Broward Orthopedic Associates. Dr. Hinkes was professional and did an excellent job with my shoulder. I was seen on time or early for every appointment after my surgery. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you again!

Terrible service at the front desk. !!! You will be greeted by the most dry and disrespectful lady. I think her name is Sonia. I forgot my ID and she did not let me see the doctor. I had a digital copy but she said she had to scan it manually. She also said it’s “by law” where in the law does it say that ? Attention Doctors in this place !! Hire someone else !!! Upgrade your systems !! Upgrade your service. It’s 2025 !
