I prescheduled my MRI. I am self pay. They didn't tell me about the 3% credit card fee. I run my own healthcare service business. The credit card fee is the cost of doing business. This is a big company. They should be able to cover the credit card costs. This is not a small business like mine. This is not an example of transparent pricing.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could.... DO NOT COME HERE if you've had past trouble with technicians finding your veins. I was referred here for an MRI with contrast. Three different technicians poked me 8 different times in both arms and hands to try and start the IV in a poorly lit MRI room. One of those pokes hurt enough to bring me to tears and resulted in a bruise. I was so traumatized after these failed attempts that I opted not to receive the MRI at all and left the building.
