Sammy from maintenance did an excellent job handling several issues in my unit, including a leaking toilet bowl, a door handle problem, kitchen lights, and the shower. He arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knows his job well. What I really appreciated was that he always asked me to test everything he fixed before leaving, making sure I was fully satisfied. He was very respectful and professional throughout the whole visit. Great experience overall. Thanks so much Sammy
