I had a great experience with the maintenance service. Sami was extremely professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I have small kids at home, and he was very respectful and considerate of that. Even when he was interrupted by the kids, he remained calm, understanding, and very courteous. He completed the job efficiently and made sure everything was done properly. Thank you, Sami, for the excellent service!

I was talking to your staff. Should have not promised to something that is not going to happen. Your tenants got a job and needs to be on time. We do our best to make time to attend and accept the rules and regulations you set. If we broke the rules and regulations it’s our loss, but if you and your staff broke what we talked about, it’s a sorry or another excuse. I usually don’t leave reviews or complain after the first issue, but what I’ve experienced here has been ongoing and consistent. This building has serious maintenance and housekeeping problems. The common areas are often dirty, with garbage and greasy carpets that clearly haven’t been cleaned regularly. It seems like the management doesn’t invest in proper housekeeping or maintenance staff.
