Everything is good, just I have been asking for inside parking almost 2 years, more than 20 times, unfortunately they don't pay attention yet, so this not good at all, because of this problem I'm going to move as soon as I can.

Terrible living experience with Northwest Pointe. The leasing office staff are almost never in the office. They are irresponsible and will book appointments with you then fail to show up. We had to deal with a fire ant infestation for over two months because they failed to deal with the problem. It took a whole month to get an ant exterminator. If you can live anywhere else, do it. Management at Northwest Pointe is abysmal.
