I usually don’t leave reviews or complain after the first issue, but what I’ve experienced here has been ongoing and consistent. This building has serious maintenance and housekeeping problems. The common areas are often dirty, with garbage and greasy carpets that clearly haven’t been cleaned regularly. It seems like the management doesn’t invest in proper housekeeping or maintenance staff. For five long years of staying at Northwest Pointe, our maintenance guy named Sam has been so kind and very accommodating in our maintenance needs. He always get the job done above and beyond!
