Maintenance on the property is fast and efficient. The maintenance person was pleasant and polite.
This is my 2nd review. The 1st was worse. It’s because of their agent or staff. But…I want to leave a compliment. There is no such perfect apartment. What I love the most is when you email the management, they answer back and better, they work it out real quick. What a dump, I can't believe how much they charge for these outdated units. I had an appointment confirmed for 11am and when I got there I was told my agent was "with another client" which actually meant he was doublebooked/running late. Then I see the unit - totally different than what was posted online, and then the unit with the dishwasher I wanted is over $1700??!! WHAT A JOKE! There are NEW units with washer/dryer, dishwasher all BRAND NEW for $1300 right now. Absolute waste of time for subpar offering and terrible serv... read more
Everything is good, just I have been asking for inside parking almost 2 years, more than 20 times, unfortunately they don't pay attention yet, so this not good at all, because of this problem I'm going to move as soon as I can.
