Had a root clog that resulted in a minor sewer backup in our basement. We called for emergency service - this was very near Christmas mind you - and a plumber arrived and got the roots cleared out and water flowing again. He had arrived after attending an evening Christmas party so this speaks to the customer service that this company provides. My experience started after hours last night with a temporary fix and ended early this morning with a terrific service call. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced people that believe in good customer service.
Best plumbing company I've ever used. They are the only plumbers I'll use now. Excellent service, fair prices, knowledgeable staff.
Excellent service! I contacted Northwest Plumbing and they came out quickly. They were able to diagnose the problem and offered several options. My house is on a slab but they were able to get to the problem and fix it. Their quotes were very reasonable and much less than other quotes I obtained. Other companies wanted to re-plumb the house and not attempt to fix. I was kept informed as they did the work and it was completed in a day. I have dealt with this company 3 times. Always a great experience. Prompt, pleasant, thorough. I'm thankful to have them in our area. There are other plumbing companies MUCH closer, but I no longer even consider calling them.
