WARNING TO PET OWNERS Took my sick pet to Northwest Pet Clinic and they wanted $2000+ immediately. They insisted on either paying the fees or kill her. When we wanted a second opinion, they said they were going to call the police and they reported us to animal control. We authorized minimal treatment and they took her to a back room and when my husband followed they acted paranoid like they had something to hide. The Best Around! My chow/lab mix has been going here the last ten years. We always get the best care and the staff is amazing! When we moved to Chandler a little over 7 years ago. We looked for a new vets office but where never happy so we now drive to Tucson for all of our vet needs. Its the ONLY place that I will take my dogs. Thanks NorthWest for always being there for us!
Pet owner I've taken my pets to NW pet Clinic for several years now. The Doctors and staff there are simply amazing. They treat my 2 dogs, Allison and Inde, like they are their own! The staff is always so helpful in everything I need, as well as helping me understand the wellness & preventative care needs of my dogs. The doctors and staff The doctors and staff at northwest pet clinic treat my dogs as if they were their own. They were very carring when I had to put down my 17 year . They go the extra mile to make sure there is no pain or suffering on my part or my dog.. Thank you all for being so human with our pets. I love the new crew!!
Training? In all understandings, dog training should be provided by professionals. The trainer upstairs with a CPDT-KA certification, is not the most legit. If you research correctly you can find that any one can apply for this license online and have the title, which I feel isn't at all remarkable. The trainers I worked with have at least 30 years if not more experience in dog training for competition, and have provided people with the proper training for their pet for far cheaper with more distractions which helps the pet ... read more
Excellent vet care As the business owner of Nunn Better Pet Care, I have found Northwest Pet Clinic to be absolutely fantastic. They have cared for all of my personal pets and not to mention numerous client's pets. The front office staff is always friendly and very efficient and Dr. O'Donnell and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very progressive with their treatments. Excellent care, staff and facility We moved to Tucson a little over 9 years ago and needed to find a vet. We had a terrible time finding a vet that was clean, professional, knowledgeable and had reasonable hours. We went to the Emergecy vet for everything. About 2 years after we moved here we found Northwest. They are all of the things listed above and so much more! They truly do care for the people and the pets and provide outstanding care! The Parkers Our cat Johnny got very sick very quickly and was almost dead by the time we got him to Northwest Pet Clinic. They agreed to see him late at night and got him in right away. Because he was so sick we could not afford the cost of treatment it was going to take to save him. Putting him to sleep was our only option. Great Vets! We have been taking our pets to North West since they opened their doors. We have had many animals over the years so the crew there know us on a first name basis. They have always done a great job. Even though I got married and moved to the other side of town I will still take my pets here.
