Great Office When my daughter got sick, I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't like the doctor she had been seeing, so I didn't want to go back there. I called Northwest Pediatrics and they were able to see her the same day! Everyone was so nice. I have found my new doctor for sure.
BEST OFFICE EVER! My sons have been patients at Northwest Pediatrics for years. We are always treated like family and they know who we are when we call or come in. I can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else. Their morning walk in sick clinic is the best! I like that I don't have to wait for an appointment when my kids are sick. The doctors and staff always answer my questions and are so caring. Dr Rane even called me late at night to check on my son when he was sick! I am so glad that I found this place.
WOW- horrible experience!! WOW - one of the worst experiences EVER!! The Dr.'s change too frequently and our son never sees the same person. Today's visit would have to be classified as the worst Dr. visits I have ever experienced. I thought it was odd that their was only one other patient in the office.. now I know why! I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. My "tip".. stay away.
Great Choice! Northwest Pediatrics is truly one of the best choices for any family. The staff is so friendly and compassionate and the doctors are amazing. I have been to many doctor offices as we are constantly moving for my husband's job and Northwest Pediatrics is by far the best my family has ever seen. Keep up the great work!
Maybe I am missing something We came to this establishment with our 2 year old running a fever which started in the middle of the night. I called their number then and it said that walk-in schedule is between 8:30 and 1:30. We came at 11:30, only to be told that new patients are accepted until 10:30 and were offered to come back at 1:30. Fever is not life threatening situation, but the type of stupid adherence to rules, rather then attention to patients is why for the first time in my life I am compelled to write this. Excellent Medical Care I have never been happier with any other doctors office. My child does not get sick often but when she does the staff at this office always so helpful. They always return phone calls the same day and usually within the first 2 hours. They are so many wonderful doctors and physician assistants there we never have trouble scheduling an appointment or waiting long once we arrive.
