incompetent doctor & Fraudulent claim It's very sad to see this practice - Northwest Pediatrics has totally lost its integrity. We've gone to this practice for many years but our latest experience with Dr.Firas Rabi was so horrendous, his unprofessional statement and ill diagnosis prompted us to check his credentials. What we found was shocking!

Fraud Fraud Fraud! This office is engaging in penny-pinching that it is committing frauds!
nw peds All 3 of my children have been seen here since they were born. Dr Hersey was my all time favorite. The problem I had going there was when my daughter, who was 3 at the time, was having problems with her tonsils. She was seen by 4 doctors in their clinic, including Dr Banks. Finally after months of begging them to just removed them, because at this point she could barely eat solid foods, drink any liquids and suffering from sleep apnea. Response to Office Manager I would not be writing this review if it were not for the post by the "Office Manager". But since that was completely annoying to read I felt I needed to share the truth about our experience with NW. My family has gone through 3 Dr's with NW and the current Dr. does not come close to providing the service that was provided by Dr. Hackshaw. Used to be a good office I loved Northwest Peds until recently when Dr Hackshaw left. I have taken my children out of their practice. I have seen other dr's and not happy. On missed my son's medical condition (Hackshaw found) and one was going to call children services because of mark on childs leg which was determined by a dermatoligist to be a birth mark! I also think it is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL for the owner to post good reviews and make office staff post them to.
no I have now been to this practice with my new born son three times. Two of those three I have had to a wait an HOUR to see a doctor. I was ready to walk out the second time when finally the CPN that was seeing him for his sick visit came in. She was very friendly and apologized a lot. The people who run the front are rude and very short. They give the feeling that they hate their job and are waiting for their time to clock out. OFFICE MANAGER It is VERY unfortunate that people do not have anything else better to do or are so uneducated that they retaliate when they don't get what they want by blasting false statements on the internet. The one is an employee that was fired by Northwest Pediatrics and posted false information and Northwest Pediatrics had their attorney remove it and is filling a law suit against him and his wife. Erasing Bad Reviews?? Really? I wrote a review on here and conveinently is has disappeared. Weird, huh? Since Diane is the wife of Dr Banks..I am not surprised she would erase all the bad reviews..and believe me, there have been A LOT!!!
