I absolutely love Dr Nye! She was so incredible with my daughter. We never once felt rushed or even over looked like we have been in the past. She did wonders with my daughter’s eyes.
The staff is incredible. The tech (I can't remember her name) was so darling and sweet, and she remembered my twin girls from when they were patients at another eye clinic she worked at. What a memory!! She was so pleasant and kind that we left smiling. She also calmed my daughter down that can have severe anxiety in medical situations. Dr. Whitehead was awesome as well!! Dr. Nye is great working with kids, and I love that she explains everything is such detail that parents can fully understand what is going on either their kids' vision problems and treatment.
This place has some awesome and friendly staff, that has worked well with both my girls. They actually listen and find the underlining eye issue with both my girls. Dr. Nye caught my oldest daughters eye issue first at 5 months old and she has worn her glasses everyday, she is almost 3 and her eye sight is improving slowly, but surely. Dr. Nye is observing my 3 months old right now too, I recommend this place to anyone who suspects an eye problem to get in there and be seen u won't have a bad visit.
The staff is amazing,and they've taken great care of my kiddo for more than 7 years!
