I want to start of by saying this was the worst experience I have ever had at any doctors office. The staff there is pretty good never had a problem with them, the problem is doctor hernandez, she is very rude she dosent let you talk cuts you off and when you have an opinion she tells you not to self Diagnose. She was a kind and funny woman but extremely dismissive of my symptoms. I had the misfortune of having her as my PCP as a teenager which was awful because she never did absolutely anything for me because she never believed ANYTHING I said. The reason I’m now reviewing her services as an adult is due to the reason that every single symptom I was complaining to her about as a pre-teen and teenager are the same exact symptoms that evolved into a life threatening illness that has plagued my 20s.
