We couldn't be happier with our experience at Northwest Orthotics. Dr. Branch and the entire staff were outstanding from start to finish. They were always quick to answer the phone, addressed every question and concern we had throughout the process, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. We were told to come get a shoulder brace here by the hospital staff at 4:30 in a Friday, we rushed over and with only 10 minutes before closing they still stuck around to get him fitted before the weekend! Amazing staff!
I was genuinely excited for my appointment, but the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I received no greeting or introduction and was left waiting for 20 minutes without any communication. During the appointment, Russ spent an hour focusing on himself and his company’s sale, which felt irrelevant and unprofessional. I was further frustrated when he placed braces in my shoes without my consent. Russ is amazing! Our son needed a helmet and had his first consultation the same week my husband lost his job. Our insurance was ending in a few weeks, and Russ made sure to get our son's helmet expedited (even though he was going out of town) so that we could use our insurance. Every appointment was smooth and easy, the receptionists were so kind, and we are so grateful that our baby has a nice round head now. Thanks so much northwest orthotics!
