Russ made me a pair of orthotics 20+ years ago. Wasn't I pleasantly surprised when I needed to finally replace mine and he is still there and got me all set up with another pair to keep my knees and body in good shape. Great experience 20 years ago and now. Thanks Russ!!
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Northwest Orthotics. Dr. Branch and the entire staff were outstanding from start to finish. They were always quick to answer the phone, addressed every question and concern we had throughout the process, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. We were told to come get a shoulder brace here by the hospital staff at 4:30 in a Friday, we rushed over and with only 10 minutes before closing they still stuck around to get him fitted before the weekend! Amazing staff!
I was genuinely excited for my appointment, but the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I received no greeting or introduction and was left waiting for 20 minutes without any communication. During the appointment, Russ spent an hour focusing on himself and his company’s sale, which felt irrelevant and unprofessional.
