A lot of violence to be honest, patients wanted to file grievances, some weren't allowed, or did and it was ignored. Saw one patient who was yelling at staff get beat up by another patient and then slammed to ground by staff after he was beat up. He tried on multiple occasions to file grievances but he wasn't successful because the staff was constantly on him literally. They slammed his face into the ground and had a knee digging in his spine. Security goes hard, they don't play around. He was sedated probably 3-4 times each... read more
