Do not waste your time here like I did for the past two weeks! This clinic has had my referral for two weeks and has not reached out. I’ve called 5 times and left 2 voicemails. On the fifth and final call, the receptionist I spoke with left me on hold for an extended period of time, just to come back and tell me that the scheduler was unavailable yet again and did I “want to leave a message or call again later”. Absolutely amazing staff across the board. From front staff to physical therapist are so great! Helpful and sweet! I definitely recommend!
I am back for round 2 with these guys and absolutely love them. In 2019/2020 I met the team when partaking in their work hardening program. The staff was friendly, supportive, listened to me and acknowledged when I had concerns. Dr Cann was helpful with getting me to a new surgeon, as surgery 1 failed. Sadly my shoulder hates me and I just had surgery #3. I chose to drive 45min out of my way to come here again. PT staff, as expected, have been amazing. Staff here have no accountability. Joanne schedules appointments and is both rude and unprofessional.
Dr. Bradford Lorber is a racist who gets mad when being called out. If you are anything other than white, don't come here! Dr. Lorber will 100% side with workers comp insurance companies, return you to work, and close your case even while still being injured. That is exactly what he did to me and now I am facing the consequences of his medical negligence/malpractice. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL! There is a reason why this place has the ratings it has. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews.
