This place is a complete DISASTER!! Very unprofessional & rude. Trying to talk to someone about an appointment is likely to result in a stroke and ER visit. Frustrating to say the least.
It is impossible to make an appointment. Every time I call I wait 20 to 30 minutes only to get a recording telling me to leave a message. Seeing how frustrating it is to make an appointment I can only imagine how it would be at the appointment. Definitely looking somewhere else!
RecommendedI been having neck and back issues for the longest time with no end in sight. My awesome doctor is Holly Wolford, not "Woldford", as they have mispelled in the intro video. I think this go around is going to be much more thorough, and have a positive end near. Don't be scared to make an appointment with Holly because she started there in 2019. I visited my doctor on 11/05 and received a order form to have a MRI. The doctor was wonderful but their staff referral department is incompetent. Since I am a BCBS HMO client you need to get approval, which I understand. It's been twenty days now with me calling every two days now and they say they are looking into it and they will call me back. Today's answer is for me to call them back before 4:00 p.m. to see where they stand and hopefully they'll have an answer. What a huge disappointment.
You have to wait over an hour to get thru to their call center. When they do answer they are rude and disrespectful. Still wondering if the doctors truly understand.

My neurologist, Dr. Gordon, and his nurse practitioner, Jen Cote, are knowledgeable, caring and always looking for what else can be done. Their care team is quick to respond and to take steps to improve how I feel. We continue to work together to improve the quality of my life and in turn my family's. Couldn't be more grateful for the steps I've taken fighting my chronic migraines with them than my husband and I are! Gail S
