Rude, uncaring, disrespectful staff. Cannot recommend, and I see others feel the same way too. If there are great doctors here, its a real shame their customer service isn't better. My husband tried 3 times this week to get an appointment with the Libertyville office. The receptionist (same person each time) was incredibly rude, disrespectful and very unwilling to help. RecommendedI had the pleasure of having my appointment with Dr. Sahay for my EMG. She was great. Very knowledgeable and caring. I even was allowed a learning new staffer. It’s really something to get thorough and friendly care. I was witness to teaching that practice. THAT is healthcare.
After needing to find a new doctor, I was able to have a televisit with Dr. Khan. It was very easy to access even though I'm not tech savvy. Best part was even when I had questions, someone was there to help me step by step. He is very wonderful and understanding. I can't wait to meet him in person! Thank you everyone at Northwest Neurology!
I've been on hold for 30 minutes. This is soo old. Calling around for a new doctor tomorrow. I'm so done. Sorry Dr. Sahay-I love you but I don't have time for this.
I love my doctor here, she is amazing, but the service provided by the administrative staff has left me looking for a new provider. I’ve had people with horrible, and I mean truly horrible attitudes. From trying to re schedule an appointment to a lady named Joanna who tried to insult me on the phone. I have been in the customer service industry for 10+ years and have never experienced anything like it. They can’t even get my address right after providing it FIVE times. Many thanks to Dr. Kahn for being so supportive, kind and thorough during each appointment. Also greatly appreciate the flexible and reliable support staff upon scheduling those first visits. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who has concerns or needed care. When you walk into NWN, your anxiety fades away, since you are welcomed with warm greetings & smiles. Just made a payment of 40 dollars after office and Blue Cross dilly dallied over a bill. Bill person was fine. Just doing her job. Was diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy in 2018 and had last visit with doctor . Dr Dellaria offered meds and nothing else. Compassion was missing in her make up...nor any new ideas. I hope she has woken up th the past 2 years. A competent doctor can listen as well as she can hear.
I have been trying to call the office for days and cannot reach a person. I'm stuck on hold for more than 15 minutes, and the option to leave a message by pressing 1 does not work.
