We hired Northwest Natural Stone March 18, 2014 to remodel our Kitchen. In March we paid NWNS 15% of the bill. At this time we stated we would be going on vacation in May for few days. NWNS said no problem they would be done in no more than 3 weeks. On April 23, we paid NWNS 55% more of the bill. NWNS started work May 12, 2014. As per Contract NWNS was to remove our Jen Air Glass cook top/oven to place wood flooring and re-vent the Jen Air. Horrible experience ! I should have been concerned when three men showed up our front door at 2:30 on a tues afternoon announcing " We are here to demolition your kitchen." We had the grand children and were making cookies , and they show up, without an appointment. "Sorry... " Expressed one gentleman, "the office must have forgotten to schedule this with you." We just had our kitchen countertops replaced with granite and the backsplash replaced with tile, extending from the counter top to the bottom of the cubboards. The crew was very professional, courteous and tidy. We absolutely love our new kitchen! A big thank-you to all involved:)
