I’m only leaving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I never complain or leave bad reviews, though I’ve never received such terrible customer service anywhere else either. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for rental property. Maintenance requests are not answered in a timely manner, if at all... including major plumbing issues in a 1 bath apartment. I just rode through. No stops.
I applied for an apartment at 7am this morning Wednesday March 3, 2021. At 11 am the apartment was taken off the website because it had a lease signed on it. Translation they already had someone about to rent it, yet allowed people (plural) to continue to apply and pay $20. After a not so pleasant phone call, my money was refunded. Buyer beware.
