Place is a joke. They sell flooded and totaled cars after they wipe the titles clean. Place is a huge scam. Beware of this giant joke and a scam of a place to buy your it’s bucket.
I was on craigslist saw a good looking used truck went into test drive it, was out of diesel, drove awful, came back after test drive was leaking coolant only to ask for a mechanical report to find out it had a blown head gasket and they knew it along with other things. If I didn't notice everything they would have sold it to me.
RecommendedWe went through Northwest Motorsports to buy our most recent vehicle, and I can't tell you how thankful we are that we came here, and not another dealership. Dexter was friendly, upbeat, and got us the best deal possible! Even with bad credit!!!! Dexter and everyone in the back fought tooth and nail to get us this car and I will be forever grateful!!
So disappointed in the customer service. My purchase was a 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland with high mileage. Many issues were obvious prior to purchase and was promised they would be fixed. It took over a month before they contacted me to get repairs done. Then before all repairs were completed, they decided they weren't going to address them all. Asked for paperwork and never received. Should have done my homework on this business before going there. Wouldn't recommend them to a slug.
Not sure what happen with these other reviews, They took great care of me and got me into a great SUV. We had to haggle a little but not bad at all. I will recommend them to my friends. Again great job guys, thank you.
