Curtis is hands down one of the best salesmen I've worked with. He was honest and patient and forthcoming about things he wasn't sure of. I'd recommend him to anyone and would happily go back.
After agree on a price I had mentioned that I wanted to have a vehicle inspection done at the time I was told the prices is right now price only. As the Lexus started is life on the east coast and a strange looking car fax it was concerned that there may have been water or rust damage that is not showing on the report the dealer was just looking for the sale just found my experience to be poor
Everything went well from the time I arrived, looked the car over, took a test drive and came to an agreement to purchase the car. Curtis handled all of the process from start finish, and we came away very happy with our purchase and the way it was done. Very nice indoor showroom and would recommend checking out this dealer when looking for a car.
Dealer emailed me, but I had already found another vehicle, one year older, but several thousand dollars cheaper.
EXCELLENT service from beginning to end, went above and beyond to get me into exactly the vehicle I wanted. Can't say enough, really. Thank you again Curtis, I love it!
