i recently had hernia surgery performed by dr Drexel at good sam. i would heartily recommend her. she is personable, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. she spent time with me answering questions and i never felt rushed like she had somewhere better to be. she provided pictures of the hernia site which allowed me to better understand both the problem and what she did for the solution. i was lucky to have found her.

Dr Watkins is simply one of the best. I had been in pain for years and it was getting progressively worse at a rapid pace. I met him when I was at wits end, sobbing in tears and discomfort and he moved quickly to getting confirmation of what we suspected: my gallbladder was donezo. Surgery was expeditiously scheduled thereafter and I felt well supported the entire time both before, during and after surgery. I haven’t had my surgery procedure done as yet, but I have to give a review for the poor customer service when having someone working the phone line system to deal with people please like people that are compassionate and very professional and love to do the job deal with people on the outside. I am tired to deal with people over the phone that is rude, I called this morning because I have surgery coming up in July.
