I've been with North West storage for years and I have never had a problem always friendly and considerate.. thank you for being amazing
This place is reasonably priced and any problems I have ever had have been fixed very quickly. I moved my items from Extra Space storage to here and have been very happy.
I have had a unit there for 3 years or so, and I am now being given a notice to vacate abruptly. There was no warning or anything, I paid my rent for the month on time as usual, and I am upset they chose to do this in this manner. I am giving them a 3 star review for the way I have been treated by the property manager Mandy Berry, she could have been more forward with me about the situation. A friend of mine was using the unit, and said rats had gotten into his things; so there is that too.
Northwest Storage has always had great customer service and very reasonable prices.
The Northwest Storage facility allows access whenever is needed. It is well kept with a clean storage room in addition to security provided.
