Provided and explained how to use my new C-pap.
I wish I could say something positive but there is nothing good to say about the service. First off, they billed my wife who wasn't the recipient of the cpap machine, I was. How they got her name on this is beyond me but it is sleazy. Amber Phifier will not return my calls about a bill that she said I wouldn't have to pay if I kept faithful to my use of the machine and a credit card on file was only for insurance for them if I did not use the machine and Medicare refused to pay for it.
