Agreed about the secretary. She wasn’t ignorant just rude to me glad to see I wasn’t the only one that had trouble.Medical assistant made a face at me when I questioned the sercretary and she wasn’t up there for the other issues the secretary did. I was very patient until she told me my doctor insurance was weird.
Reception desk in emergency were EXTREMELY IGNORANT!!! 100% do not recommend
I just left there and had 4 tests: bone density, MRI, mammogram and cat scan and I want to compliment all the ladies that treated me. They were excellent!!! I actually enjoyed myself. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable with a sense of humor. Sincerely, Marjorie Pearson
