Wonderful experience! Clean office and comfortable atmosphere. What an amazing team! Andrea, Alex, and Sandra Lee were all so caring, compassionate and professional. I was well informed during my entire visit and very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. PAC Sandra Lee was personable, patient, and clearly explained the diagnosis and follow up treatment. I was given exceptional care above and beyond, and was never rushed (especially being I was the last patient of the day, actually evening).

I had the pleasure of being seen by NP Beth during an urgent care visit, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of care she provided. She demonstrated a rare combination of confidence and compassion from the moment she entered the room. I'm writing this review to compliment Cierra, the front office assistant, in how she handled a situation with my elderly father. My dad had been feeling weak and bladder not holding like he usually does, so we took him in to get checked. They needed a urine sample and when he finally did one, he had peed all over the floor, but was so weak and out of it he didn't notice he had done it. My mother in law and I went in Thursday because she may have fractured her wrist. Everyone there was amazing with the exception of the MA. Medical ASSistant. She was very rude to her from the start. Long story short, my mother in law calls today to get the results of the xray they sent her to have done Thursday same day. She calls and that same MA was very rude and told her that they will call her. She doesn’t know what to do!!!!! She has this break above her wrist and is in so much pain. That MA needs to GO somewhere.
