I went in today both my son and I needed to be seen. The process was quick and painless. The nurses and nurse practitioners took good care of of us and had us in and out. My son, 2.5 years old, even got stickers when we walked out! Jessica the Nurse Practitioner is who helped us while we were there.

Arrived at 2pm when hours are clearly posted closing at 3pm closing for Saturday’s. The receptionist stared through the window while on her phone and refused to unlock the door. Very dissatisfied pregnant lady.
Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with Dr. Holmes and would not recommend seeing him to others. He failed to take my concerns seriously and made assumptions about not being able to afford treatments despite telling him that the cost would not be an issue. In addition, I waited close to 2 hours before being seen, which I was okay with, only to be told to take some Advil. You can tell he was not happy to be helping patients.
Excellent care! I came in at 8 am which is opening time with a unstoppable nose bleed they got me back immediately and stopped the bleeding. Everyone was amazing even though I was embarrassed with blood all over.
