Very disappointing experience every time! My doctor wasn't available so they booked me to see Dr.O. I left work early for the appointment. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me that they had made a mistake. She explained I couldn't see any other doctor in the Northwest system only my doctor. She said you're going to urgent care. I asked why they didn't let me know. I could have stayed at work and just gone to St. Mary on my way home. Then I got attitude from the lady. Chike Okolocha is a good Doctor
I have recently started to see Dr O. He seems very nice and knowledgeable. He did not immediately prescribe medicine to lower my cholesterol or recommend surgery for carpal tunnel, but has given me time to work on improving my lifestyle. I have only seen him once, but I am satisfied with my first appointment.
