The place is virtually empty. We are waiting 6 hours for a test and eval. i had it done in a an hour in a doctors office once. its probably not the facilities fault, the regular staff is great. its the contacted docs.
My daughter went to the ER with severe back pain. We had been on vacation in Las Vegas and went to the ER there and they admitted her did an MRI and told her she needed surgery. We got her stable and brought her home. That’s when we went to Northwest Medical Center ER. They gave her pain meds and told her there was nothing they could do for her. What is an ER for? We took her to St Mary’s the next day where they admitted her, did another MRI and did emergency surgery for a herniated disc. Thank God for St Mary’s and their ca... read more

This medical practice has become the WORST place in phoenix ever!!! Had awesome doctors like Dr. Perez and Dr. Donald Siedel. When they left it became a displaced medical center with rude, short, and unorganized front desk workers. The scheduling is ridiculous and spaced months apart. Follow ups from ER or Urgentcare visits are not a priority for this medical center. Referrals are not given for months...send you to places your insurance doesnt take and refuse to fix it in timely manner. God forbid you have chronic or pain is... read more
