I was the first patient in the morning right when they opened because I needed to get in and out of there quickly. They were able to accommodate and really came through to get my paperwork processed, exam started and completed, all while being very professional and caring.
We came into NW Emergency and waited over 3.5 hours for a CatScan. The people at the front desk had no answers regarding how long it would take to be seen. They came out and wanted to take back for chest Xray (not sure why). We came in for a head injury. While waiting 4 other patients left and said they were going to other hospitals. No one seemed to care. I heard them talk about Oro Valley and Banner. Maybe try one of those 1st (if you can drive yourself there). Never got the chance, someone never medical records until the anthisolgist once i was admitted, hopefully i can retrieve part of deuctable and reschedule surgery.
From check in to discharge the staff, both were very friendly and attentive to my needs. The nurse who got me ready for transfer to the OR, Conley (I think?) was especially friendly with a great sense of humor. Her wit made any anxiety I had disappear. Thanks to all of the staff.
