I had a scheduled spinal surgery 4/16. Arrived 5:30 for 7:30 surgery. Was on the neuro surgical floor. Nurses and aides were very pleasant and helpful. All was good until discharge. My surgeon was in at 7:30 am and said I was being discharged. Finally at 4:30 we asked what the problem was. They were waiting for a walker. I had not used a walker for 3 days. Just had a female ER doctor just tell me I'm going to get cancer because I've had to many scans done. I chronic kidney stones.

Well run operations, everything was very timely, Communications or very clear. The nursing staff very pleasant very informative, walk me through each stage of the procedure

I went to NMC to undergo an outpatient SVT Ablation procedure. What struck me most were the amazing people that I interacted with. Absolutely everyone I encountered (from check-in to the nurse who cared for me to the Cath Lab team) was kind, compassionate, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They made me laugh, they kept me calm, they made my experience as comfortable as it could possibly be. Shout out to nurse Becky, to the "Sticker Pros" in the Cath Lab and to Dr. Reddy.
