Dr. Cates was unprofessional and bigoted towards my child when we sought medication as help for their extreme anxiety and depression. Dr. Cates belittled my trans child and instead of recommending me another doctor or medications he said for them to eat eggs :/ We will not be returning.

I have been receiving care from Dr. Cates for about 4 years. He has seen me through a variety of health issues, always offering his years of research and expertise as well as one quality you don’t see in many businesses these days- friendship. His compassion for each individual that walks into the office is shown through the time he takes to get to know you and understand your health. My 60 year old friend also has seen Dr. Cates for years and can’t speak more highly of him!

I had been seeing Dr. Cates for years as a family doctor. He misdiagnosed me intentionally. Sent me to the emergency room with a condition I never had. If he didnt want me as a customer then he should have refused service but instead creating medical expenses for a medical issue I never had.
