I off have bought a total of 6 vehicles from NWJCDR. I have also referred multiple friends and Family. Sales and finance are great people to work with. Good Prices as well. Service is absolutely horrible! Worse place I have ever used. Chris Stovin runs the service dept. He is not fit for that position and will lie to You. Staff is very unprofessional to say the least. Winding up in an ambulance and in the hospital emergency room with multiple injuries as an 80 year old good customer after a altercation with the sales staff is unjustifiable for any reason. Potential customers beware!!
My wife and I loved our experience at NW Jeep dealership. Mike Morgan was prompt, thoughtful and friendly! We saw a lot of personalities in our visit there and were very happy with Mike and his courtesy. As I was pulling in to the dealership he had my pickup ready to to test drive and we signed 3 hours later with no issues. Thank you, Sir!
