Good Day, I wanted to advise that take care when working with this dealership. I will say the sales staff did work well with me on selecting and buying my last Truck here at NWD. Bit i have to say the support and service after the sale is simply terrible. They processed and paid off my trade-in late causing me to have to pay a late fee on that account to close. I off have bought a total of 6 vehicles from NWJCDR. I have also referred multiple friends and Family. Sales and finance are great people to work with. Good Prices as well. Service is absolutely horrible! Worse place I have ever used. Chris Stovin runs the service dept. He is not fit for that position and will lie to You. I drove 43 miles one way to have my 2021 Ram Limited repaired under warranty. I specifically said that I needed a rental. I even bought an extended warranty that guarantees me a rental. Staff is very unprofessional to say the least. Winding up in an ambulance and in the hospital emergency room with multiple injuries as an 80 year old good customer after a altercation with the sales staff is unjustifiable for any reason. Potential customers beware!!

My wife and I loved our experience at NW Jeep dealership. Mike Morgan was prompt, thoughtful and friendly! We saw a lot of personalities in our visit there and were very happy with Mike and his courtesy. As I was pulling in to the dealership he had my pickup ready to to test drive and we signed 3 hours later with no issues. Thank you, Sir!
