They should stop dealing with Safeway Insurance because they are scammers.
I canceled my policy over 1 month ago. They told me I should get a refund within 4 to 6 weeks (which is a month and a half) well, everytime I call they say the refund hasn’t been processed yet! I don’t know what’s going on but I’m very very angry with them and will NEVER recommend anyone to purchase an insurance policy from them ever again!! It’s a shame that my refund should take 4-6 weeks when it only took them 2 days to take the first payment out of my account! I am going to KEEP calling EVERYDAY until I get my money!!!!
Cancelled policy over 1 1/2 months and still have yet not received refund! It's not 50$ that I'm mad about its over $200! Called customer service and was rudely hung up 3 times by the same agent. Rude service must say! Will never go back to them.
