Before Mr. Luis Velasquez, confirmed me as a customer and received full payment for the first six month period he was very professional and responsive. After receiving the entire payment I learned I didn't have an updated contact information when it came time to renew. When I finally connected with Mr. Velasquez, he did not keep his word to get back to me. I should have moved on to another company right then. Back In December 2019. Around 21st or 22nd , I purchase 2020 Kia. I purchase the northwest insurance, the young lady i spoke to gave me option on when to make my next payment. She gave me 01/21 for my next payment. I agree. Then Dec 30, 2019 i received a call that i needed to make another payment. I complaint but it was usless, especially the manager team. i told there is nothing they could do.
They’re ridiculous. I have been in the phone trying to contact them for almost 1 hr. Terrible way to do business.
