Appt at 10a, arrived at 9:50am. Advised upon arrival, that my provider, who i scheduled with 3 months ago was stuck in surgery. No call to let me know, just assigned me to another provider. 20 min later, sent to xray, I have always had xrays upon arrival, but since assigned provider did not read my case, he was not aware. 35 min in radiology dept., back in office and it is 11am, still not in an assigned room.
