It is a shame I cannot rate less than one star. I scheduled a follow up eye appointment after an emergency room visit for something stuck in my daughters eye. I was scheduled for 9:30 AM on Wednesday and arrived at 9:18. I was told "oh we have you scheduled for next Thursday" i asked "why would I schedule an emergency follow for over a week later?" RecommendedDr. Carlson is amazing! He takes care if our entire family (adults and kids). He is trustworthy and kind. My son had a crazy thing going on with his eyes while playing video games. Dr. Carlson didn't hesitate to examine his eyes and give us recommendations. He followed-up with us about it as well.
I was told years ago I was not a candidate for LASIK surgery from another vision center due to my high prescription and corneas on the thin side. I decided to have another consultation with Dr. Scott Buck and I am so glad I did. I was still not a candidate for LASIK however he said PRK should work for me. I was pretty much considered legally blind prior to the procedure. Dr. Buck said due to my conditions I would most likely not be to 20/20 after the procedure. I've never been treated so badly, Dr. Buck(young) didn't even want to look at my eye evaluation from Mayo? My last appointment I vowed to never go back, I had my 19th surgery at Mayo clinic & when I returned months later for my appointment, he asked where have you been, told him I needed another surgery & he had the nerve to say So!! I thought the first few visits he was having a bad day, but I refuse to be treated like this!!
