Earliest appointment was 10 weeks out. Only given 1 reminder 1 day before appointment. Was never told about a no show fee nor did I agree to be subject to one when booking an appointment. The lady who called me yesterday was extremely rude once I told her that I did infact cancel my appointment. Edited to add: no show fee of $400 was billed to me.
I could not recommend Dr. Durgam enough as a Neurologist. She is incredibly personable, kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. I’m grateful to be in her care!
Today, my mom had her first visit here, and we chose this location specifically because they offer Spanish-speaking providers. My mom had a fall on 8/9/24, and the ER advised us to see a neurologist within two weeks for follow-up. However, when I called to schedule, the first available appointment was in December—four months out.
