I would not recommend anyone to this company. They failed to follow up when I called two times with inquiries.
I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding home health care that nurse Mellissa Sacco provides for my father. She is consistently easy to contact and trustworthy, giving our family invaluable peace of mind. Perhaps her most remarkable attribute is the genuine sense of care she brings to my father’s well-being. Having worked with other home health care organizations, I can confidently say that Mellissa’s level of authentic compassion is truly rare and unmatched.
Brittany and Melissa have been angels to help my mom. They are so hardworking and caring. I know mom grew in her strength and stability by working with these wonderful ladies. Thanks for everything you do to make such a difference in your patients lives!
Jolanta, Eunice, Roshni, and Monica were very professional. I started my therapy not being able to raise my arms, no stamina, could not shower by myself- in a few short weeks I was able to raise my arms, stand for longer times and shower myself. I would recommend NWHHR to anyone who requires home health
