I have never had a better experience purchasing a new vehicle than I did with this one. Sydney, my salesperson, answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful through the whole process. I was able to get much of my paperwork filed beforehand which saved time at the dealership and on the road sooner. Thank you again to Sydney and the crew at NWHD in Torrington.
Worst car dealership. BE CAREFUL BUYING HERE. Bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that didn't even make the first oil change before it needed 1300$ worth of work that they didn't cover with the regular or extended warranty. Buy with caution because they DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!!!
We had a great experience purchasing our new truck for our business. We came to Northwest Hills even though it was a bit of a drive for us. We were treated poorly at another dealership and it was night and day with this dealer. We were treated with respect, and Phil, the salesman, was knowledgeable and thorough. He was so kind, he even offered his lunch to my son! He was personable on the test drive and throughout the process. We had a trade and were able to drive out with our new truck in a few hours.
